Winnebago County Corn Silage Dry-Down

Upcoming Winnebago County Corn Silage Dry-down Dates

Bring 3 to 5 corn stalks cut at your normal harvest weight. Please wrap in a plastic bag so the sample doesn’t dry in transport. Please check hybrid RM and planting date. Feel free to contact me during the next month if you need samples checked. Otherwise, drop off samples at the following dates and locations:

September 4th, 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. Egan Brothers Farm: 7113 9th St., Omro.

September 8th, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Mike Pamer Farm: 6619 County Rd M, Winneconne.

September 13th, Noon to 4:00 pm. Dr. Paul and Carol Knier Farm: 726 Clay Rd., Oshkosh. In conjunction with the Winnebago County Holstein Association Meeting.

September 16th, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Larsen Coop: Larsen.

four 2009 Corn Silage Dry Down events.

Dates and locations are listed below.

Time for all Dry Down events are 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. or when samples are finished.
